1. Planning and implementation
- Assist senior officer in performance reporting and database management
- Contribute in ensuring Accurate performance reporting to send to sales team, senior managements
2. The tasks in the job function assigned include, but are not limited to the duties and responsibilities as follows:
- Report and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, Sales results
- Report on pre-defined KPI’s and Quality indicators
- Send reports and analysis to the Sales team and Senior Management
- Assist on ad hoc requests for relevant performance reports
- Assist the Campaign and Incentive Management Department in: (1) Creating Business Partners and Commission Contracts in SAP system and (2) Extract Commission & Incentives reports from the system (based on tool/reports built by Commission & Incentives Management Department) and send to C&I department.

- Strive for continuous improvement and personal growth; pro-actively seek for feedback from Management that could enhance the work
- Closely cooperate with relevant departments as sales team, campaign and incentive department, etc.
- University Bachelor
- At least 3-year experience in insurance and banking field
- Experience in reporting or performance management in Sales/Banking/Finance related roles, preferably in a commercial environment and Experience with the interpretation of commercial data
