Job Description

  • Xây dựng, triển khai và giám sát: Khung tuân thủ của MBAL; Xây dựng chính sách tuân thủ, các chương trình tuân thủ và quản lý rủi ro tuân thủ theo mục tiêu, chiến lược của MBAL từng thời kỳ;
  • Xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống Giám sát tuân thủ và tổng hợp báo cáo, khuyến nghị;
  • Xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình truyền thông, đào tạo về hoạt động tuân thủ toàn hệ thống.
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai các chương trình kiểm tra giám sát tuân thủ năm, thực hiện công tác khắc phục chỉnh sửa sau giám sát, kiểm tra tuân thủ (gồm các chương trình nội bộ và các chương trình của các Cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước).

Job Requirement

  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về tuân thủ/kiểm toán/rủi ro/pháp chế, đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Big 4;
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm nhân thọ là một lợi thế;
  • Tốt nghiệm ngành Bảo hiểm, Kiểm toán, Tài chính ngân hàng;
  • Tiếng Anh tối thiểu 6 Ielts trở lên (hoặc chứng chỉ/năng lực tương đương);
  • Khả năng xử lý dữ liệu tốt;
  • Tư duy xử lý công việc tốt, khả năng làm việc độc lập cao.
