A, Product Development:
- Leading the product projects and coordinating between internal and external resources for the project execution to deliver products (or product packages), including:
- Execute market research and analysis regarding competitors' product features;
- Co-ordinate to define product value proposition and product commercial design;
- Determine and define project scope and objectives;
- Identify schedule, manage and track the project plan;
- Estimate the project budget and manage project costs to meet the budget;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks and risk mitigation actions;
- Report project outcomes and/or project risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary to seek management advice;
- Manage the project team by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
2. Providing support as Product Owner in Product-related tasks.
B, Product Monitoring:
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to consolidate:
+ Sales and customer feedback about the product after launching;
+ Possible impacts on existing products (regulatory impacts, risk impacts, financial impacts, etc.);
+ Sales report on revenue, product mix, profit, and other criteria depending on business needs.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to analyze the issues (if any) and to propose solutions;
- Manage follow-up actions to resolve issues.
