Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

  • Analyze the annual training and development needs of the company, propose a plan for programs that meet the objectives of enhancing work efficiency and human resource development;
  • Implement the training plan in accordance with the approved content;
  • Ensure the effectiveness of activities related to training and development of the company, meet the needs of each period

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Participate in strategic projects, human resources projects, and training projects (competency framework; succession planning; human resource development)
  • Conduct TNA and collaborate with the Department/Division to develop the annual training plan in accordance with the BOD's direction
  • Contribute to the establishment, guidance, and control of the implementation of training regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Organize and implement training programs that align with the identified needs and plans
  • Contribute to the design of training pathways and content
  • Evaluate and select quality training partners; collaborate with instructors to design appropriate training content
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and vendors
  • Research and propose training courses to enhance the quality of human resources
  • Build, develop, and manage a network of training vendors and trainers
  • Manage the training budget according to the plan
  • Prepare regular/ad hoc reports on training data and related activities

Job Requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: BA
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development
  • Certification/ license: Not required.
  • Software and presentation skills:
  • High knowledge on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google (Drive and Sites)
  • High knowledge on photo editing and designing (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustator,...)
  • Characteristics and personality:
  • Customer-centric mindset, excellent time management skill
  • Effective in communication with stakeholders
  • Adapt quickly to changes in order to meet demands, exhibiting agility and keen sensitivity in the job.
  • Ability to proficiently search and selectively filter pertinent information on the Internet and social media platforms, serving work purposes and providing appropriate recommendations.
  • Skill in analysis, compilation of documents and training content
  • Ability to analyze content, documents, and propose appropriate recommendations
  • Stay updated on new advancements, technologies, and methods in training
