Formulate strategy and plan, policies and structure, and procedures & process flow in all aspects of recruitment including attract & on-board, licensing, early-stage training, 3 months activation & activity management.
Overall objective is to recruit new agents and leaders to meet company business objective (KPIs) including new business premium, active rate, and number targets.
Aspiration is that ‘Recruitment and Activation’ is an USP in our business operating model.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop strategy, initiatives and action plan as required. Capable to build presentation slides, communicate effectively on its content & purpose, and achieve buy-in from stakeholders.
Develop end to end recruitment process and system
Work with agency partners/leaders to formulate growth plan and to deliver & meet company objectives/ KPIs.
Work with Training Domain to develop & provide recruitment and activation related needs including go-to-market recruitment pitch, recruiter skills training, both new agent and leader early-stage activation training, etc.
Work with quality related functions to ensure quality candidates and process implementation. Develop, set up and execute policies, guidelines, structure, and system as necessary.
Work with agency administration, ensure quality application process (from candidates) and good system recording.
Develop and participate in overall MBAL CRM initiative with digital on-boarding & recruitment (E-Erec), e-learning (AMA), early-stage activation process, lead management, etc.
Identify issues/problems and provide solutions/recommendations when needed.
Set clear tasks/ KPIs for each functional staff. Provide good managerial skills and knowledge & experience transferred. Measure and evaluate staff performance professionally and clearly.
Other relevant assignments directed by senior management.
Education: BA, social graduates would be preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in life insurance industry with strong knowledge in agency business operating model, Strong industry network.
Certification/ license: Not required.
Software and presentation skills: High knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Power point
Characteristics and personality:
Proactive and able to manage upwards both for Vietnam and Hong Kong office.
