Job Description

The Senior officer of Performance Management supports the Head of Performance Management in establishing and maintaining an adequate Management Control framework regarding the operations of the Company, which is aligned with the Company's stakeholders' requirements.

  • Planning & Control cycle: Execute the Planning & Control cycle (Multi-year budget, Budget, Company KPIs, Forecasts, Cash projections, Management reports)
  • Management Information System: Maintain a system for organised data gathering from which management information can be complied - Cost Allocation, MIS, Regular Management reports (monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly, annually), ad-hoc management information.
  • Self Growth: Complete professional and personal training programmes
  • Other duties

Job Requirement

Qualification: At least a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Audit, Insurance or related fields.

Experience:

  • 3-8 years experience in financial industry (preferrably Insurance), of which at least 2 years in a Finance role Experience and affinity with IT systems 
  • Holding CFA, ACCA, CPA/ Có các chứng chỉ quốc tế như CFA, ACCA, CPA …. 
  • English communication: 6.0 IELTS or equivalence, or professional effectivity

Skill:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for writing reports and working with partners (internal and external as well)
  • Eager to learn with an understanding of financial analysist/auditing/financial controlling and good attitude in teamwork
  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal colleagues within company and external from shareholders
