Job Description

1. Assess Major Claims requirement:

  • Received claim requirement and evaluate document that provide by customer, control and assess as process of Claim team to make sure the claims documents are possible to evaluate sufficient or insufficient.
  • Can contact and issue correspondent to customer to request sufficient document
  • Can assign investigation task to investigator and evaluate investigation report
  • Can work with Re-insurance to discuss, explain with re-insurance about legal documents in Vietnam and practice in Vietnam to make final decision follow the TnC and legal in Vietnam
  • Can be do process in non-disclosure condition:
  • Can recognize non-disclosure cases, refer re-underwiter, then make claim’s decision base on Claim documents and re-underwriting decision
  • Can issue Accept Condition Letter after re-underwriting
  • Can be contact and explain to customer and follow customer’s confirmation to complete re-underwriting process
  • Assess and making right decision for Major Claims (Death/ TPD/ Critical Ilness/ WOP/ PPD/ AHI/ HSCR) to make sure meet TnC and regulation of MBAL
  • Can be identify documents that are over authoritative and refer to higher levels
  • - Assess and making right decision for bank-linked insurance products (Death/ TPD/ Critical Ilness/ WOP/ PPD/ AHI/ HSCR)
  • Can coordinate with the banker to collect enough documents and clarify the legality of the affiliate banking product
  • Can be identify documents that are over authoritative and refer to higher levels
  • Control claim cases and make sure meet SLA of claim process

2. Build and improve Claim process to have better service to customer but still control fraud condition
3. Understand operation process to make sure implement right process of void policy or terminate policy
4. Coordinate to other department as requirement to improve customer service of Claims
5. Handle Claims Complain to resolve case and avoid affecting the company's reputation, at the same time paint-points is defined to improve the service
6. Can be work with vendor to control TPA process
7. Participate Claims project as requirement to enhance system and fix bugs
8. Other task as requirement from COO/ OP director/ Manager

Job Requirement

  • University degree in economics, finance, medical, law or equivalent
  • At least 03 years relevant Claims as assessor to handle major claims
  • Understand the TnC, follow the processes to meet TAT and SLA, proacrtive evaluate customer requirement and make the right decisions, communicate effectively with customers. Customer centricity thinking. Have good teamwork spirit and can work independently
  • English skills (Reading and Writing)
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
